Great location, charming restaurants, comfortable bed, nice balcony, good facilities, close to amenities.

Nothing not to like.

The apartment had good facilities including an oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, plates/bowls, cutlery. the location was also great, as it was close to a good gym, banks, a mall, metro, supermarket. Plus, the bed, pillows, and duvet were very comfortable.

The apartment lacked a few essentials such as coffee-making facilities, a kitchen cloth, and beer-friendly glasses. there was no heating or TV in the living room, and the decoration looked a bit faded and tired.

The area where the accommodation is located is great, surrounded by plenty of charming restaurants with tables on the street, perfect venues to relax and enjoy the vibe of the city. the Costanera mall is very close by, providing a lot of options for shopping, currency exchange, and supermarkets. it is located in a strategic position, as the Hop off station is just around the corner.

The lack of proper assistance and reception is a serious issue, especially in case of medical emergencies that could happen at any time.

I loved staying here! The apartment was clean and had great facilities, including a coffee machine and kettle. One of the best parts was the location - it was within walking distance to the tallest building in South America, as well as a supermarket and loads of great restaurants. Also, the hotel was right by the Hop on Hop off bus station, and it was really easy to get around this city.

The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen appliances and cutlery, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was convenient, within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants and bars. there was a lovely balcony that was a pleasant spot to relax.

There was no front desk or reception, which made it difficult to get assistance when we needed it. the apartment was in need of some updating and felt a bit tired.
